Landscape Maintenance Services
Maintenance Services are very important and because of this Pacific Landscape Management Inc. really focuses on this aspect of landscaping with as much knowledge and attention as any of our other Landscape Services. Maintaining your landscaping is important to ensure your outdoor garden retains its beauty and function.
With our landscape maintenance services you won’t be paying for us to mow and blow but rather much more. Your landscaping is comprised of many elements from trees and plants to lawns and beds, irrigation, pruning, fertilization, and more. We include all of these aspects in your maintenance program to ensure your garden retains its overall and original beauty while staying healthy.
With our maintenance care your garden and landscape will appreciate in its value and beauty, rather than degrade due to lack of real care. Our many years of experience have taught us to be proactive in landscaping and add enhancements when necessary to keep the landscape alive and flourishing. Reacting to problems after they have already started will detract from your landscape and cost more money to correct. But, catching potential problems before they become one is just what we do and you and your landscape will benefit.
Our maintenance program is designed to maintain your garden with the same beauty and lushness as the day it was completed. This means long term beautiful and thriving landscapes with character and style all its own. When we say we offer a complete maintenance program we mean it, just check out all this includes!

As the old saying goes, an ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure.
Develop a dense mat of healthy turf to prevent weed growth. Make sure the lawn is properly watered, fertilized and mowed to create that thick, green, weed-free carpet.
Analyze the soil every three years at least, and stop nutrient and chemical problems before they show up in the sparse turf.
Evergreen Winter Damage
Brown evergreens, needle and branch tips seen during winter and early spring are caused by drying winds, low soil moisture or fluctuating temperatures. To reduce winter injury, be sure to water the evergreens root area during dry fall and winter months.
Apply water during warm breaks when the soil can absorb it.
Applying mulch over the root zone can help reduce loss from desiccation and conserve soil moisture.
