It’s already mid-July, but it’s not too late to make sure your Fall Vegetable Garden will be ready. Let’s take a look at our quick list of Fall veggies to get in the ground now for a successful Fall harvest. You want to look for cool-season seeds and starts. Make sure you have room for growth, good soil, plenty of water access, and an appetite for all this delicious produce.
What to Plant in Early to Mid-July
There’s not much time to get these in the ground so if you have starts that will help.

What to Plant in Late July
These are fast-maturing crops and are safe to plant by the end of the month. *You can also plant some of these in August if you run out of time.

If you get these going now (from starts) they will grow throughout the fall, and some may even continue in the winter.
