Waterfront Patio

A client approached PLM with a goal of creating a space that would be perfect for entertaining guests. While the backyard is small, it has great views of Lake Washington that the client wanted to capitalize on. Our team was able to design a space that would give the homeowners and guests a view of the water by using smaller yet beautiful plants such as the Black-eyed Susans and the Dwarf Lilac. The design was finished with the Avalon Slate Patio which was designed and built by our team, and the gas fire pit allows the homeowners to entertain no matter the season.
